SchoolDay is an information app for parents of the school. It shows school news, the calendar, lunch menus and term dates. It is not a pupil administration system and it holds no records about children.
Information we collect from parents
None. Parents do not create an account, do not sign in, and are never asked for a name, email address, phone number or any detail about their child. Nothing you do in the app is linked to you as an individual.
School staff accounts
Staff who publish content sign in with a work email address. We store that email address, an optional name and their permission level so the school can control who can edit content. Staff accounts are removed when the school asks us to remove them.
Other services
Weather is fetched from an open forecast service using the school's postcode location, never your device location. Advertising is served by Google, which may set its own cookies — see our cookie notice.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about parents, there is nothing for us to correct, export or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about information the school itself holds, contact the school office directly.
